1. Create Profile

After downloading the mobile app or visiting the web login page, new users will be asked to create a personal profile. This stage of the process only takes a few minutes.

3. Map to a Coach

Based on the background and availability of the Coach, the participant is immediately mapped to a Coach and presented with a short bio.

5. Get Started

Participants are invited to send a message to their Coach immediately. After learning more about the participant’s focus area(s), the Coach may send a combination of voicenotes, resource links, tip sheets or videos to support their message(s).

The process for using Textcoach®, which is accessible via desktop, tablet or mobile, was purposefully designed to minimize barriers to access and optimize care.

2. Choose a Focus Area

Once the profile has been created, new users are asked to select a presenting issue (PI) or focus area (FA), such as stress, resilience or depression.

4. Welcome Message

The system generates a welcome message shortly after the mapping process is complete. This message includes additional information about the Coach and a short video that helps participants get comfortable with text therapy.
